Thought in Motion Classes

Learn in a small workshop setting through our interactive classes with a trained Thought Coach. Thought Energy Classes will give you the essential tools that will empower you to Take Charge of Your Reality. Each experience will be based on the featured ICON of the week! Learn how the lessons associated with each physical ICON can be a tool to help you navigate any area of your life. The small group classes will lay the foundation for you to get the most out of your life.

We have expanded our offering of these experiences to Mondays at 1 PM & 6:30 PM and Thursdays at 6:30 PM and are 45 minutes in length. They are held in a private area of the Waterbar and capped at six seats so this more intimate setting will show you more keys, revealing how the invisible creates a form or experience in your life. You will utilize these keys to help you advance your awareness to grow to another level.
