We are so excited to launch our new coffee brand, White Rabbit Coffee. We chose a Direct Trade Specialty roaster for our beans to ensure the highest quality and freshest coffee we could offer.
Direct trade emphasizes direct communication between the roasters and the farmers which bypasses middlemen. This improves transparency, sustainability and equity within the supply chain. We know where our coffee comes from, how it was produced, and who produced it. Every step of the process is deliberate and transparent.
What is Specialty Coffee?
- White Rabbit Coffee is made from the highest-quality specialty beans, scoring 80+ on the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) scale and often sourced from single-origin farms for unique flavor profiles.
- Our small-batch roasting process is designed to enhance each bean’s natural characteristics, using tailored roast profiles to bring out the best flavors.
- We carefully process our beans using washed, natural, or honey methods, ensuring every step from cultivation to brewing maintains exceptional quality.
