5. Unlimited Monthly Water Program

By subscribing to our Unlimited Monthly Water Program, you agree to the following:

Subscription includes unlimited in-store water refills.
Program is for individual use only and is non-transferable.
Subscriptions are billed automatically each month.
You may cancel anytime prior to your next billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.
Misuse may result in termination of access.

All refills must be redeemed in person at THE WATERBAR location: 127 Valley Road, Montclair, NJ 07042

6. Subscriptions & Billing

All recurring payments are processed securely via a third-party platform.
It is your responsibility to ensure your billing information is current and accurate.
Failed payments may result in service interruption.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of our offerings, all sales are final. If there is an error on our part, please contact us to resolve the issue at: info@thoughtinmotion.net .
